This was one of the first local coffee shops I tried out while waiting for the internet to be installed in our new home. I had come from a week of distracting Starbucks sessions and I wanted something a little more intimate and a lot more fab…talk about wish granted! ✨😍

What a treat this little shop is! You’re immediately greeted by a beautiful bling horse surrounded by glistening chandeliers and strings of pretty little hanging tea cups — so cute!

Once (or if) your visual senses recover from that you’ll find endless nooks of beauty in this hidden treasure. Everything from the marble table tops to the rose gold accents makes this a stunning environment to get your boss babe or your me-time on in style. Unlike larger coffee shops, there also isn’t a ton of traffic throughout the day, so it’s relatively quiet as well.
I also enjoyed their playlist. Alternative rock, Pop, R&B…you name it, they played it. I heard everything from throwbacks like Earth Wind & Fire and Hall & Oates, to the King of Pop, top 40’s, and combos of new school meets old school. I looove some diversity!
Now let’s talk about the food. I tried their coffee cake and breakfast croissant sandwiches (one of my favorite breakfast items) and both were delicious. Everything on the menu isn’t grabbed from a little fridge in front of you and thrown into a microwave. No no no. The menu items are fresh and garnished just for you.

I also tried their avocado toast, and WOW. The last time I ordered avocado toast from a restaurant it wasn’t so great so it’s been awhile, but I’m glad I gave One 11’s a try. They sprinkle cheese, bagel seasoning, and tomatoes onto a creamy avocado spread for just the right amount of sweet with a tiiiiny bit of spice and it is AMAZING…and I don’t even like tomatoes! I devoured every bite of this on more than one visit. I don’t drink coffee so I’ve ordered some of their tea or a smoothie, both of which were delish.
Tip: If you don’t something on the menu but they appear to have the ingredients for it, just ask! I didn’t se breakfast sandwiches or a specific smoothie I wanted to try on the menu, so I asked if they could make them and they whipped them up for me.

Mid-way through the day if the weather was behaving they opened one of the walls…no, not one of the windows, they opened an entire wall of the shop. It was actually one of two garage doors, which I had no clue was there because everything is so beautifully presented.

Seriously?! They knocked this luxe coffee shop idea out of the park, and I absolutely love the open concept. The breeze and extra sunlight as I worked were the cherry on top of what was already such a pleasant experience.

I’m so glad I stumbled across this gem. It’s one of those “you might just keep driving by if you see it from the street, but if you give it a try and actually go inside you’re in for a treat” kind of places, and this one is just GORGEOUS. Even though we have our own internet at home now, on those days where a girl needs to get out and work away from home (you know, like those days when ALL the kids are home 🙃) this beauty is definitely on the top of my list!
